The seafarer’s results during the on-line 1.27 Generic tests almost perfectly marry the recently published list of observations made by inspectors.  There is still clearly knowledge gaps, in particular with the new S52 PL 4.0 updates.
Over 1000 users in August 2018 alone have refreshed their annual competency in IMO ECDIS 1.27 Generic with the ECDIS Ltd World renown course which is now on-line at a non-profit price, or available for download.
