It will be viewed in the same way as you are entering our facility for a ‘face to face’ course. Most of our courses are 5 days long, from 0900 to 1700 with breaks and a lunch break. However please understand courses may over run, as experience shows that video conference calls can often last longer than ‘face to face’ teaching. However, all effort will be placed to maintain the approved MCA timetable. Should you not attend any part of the course, it will be considered the same as you leaving the classroom randomly if you were ‘physically’ here, or simply not turning up one day. In such a circumstance you the student will not receive your certificate and the fee will not be refunded. We appreciate that there are often mild and unavoidable disturbances on ‘face to face’ courses, such as unplanned emergency mobile phone calls etc. To that end we understand the complications that all face when working from home, especially those with young children! However, it is vital you understand that the Instructors and Assessors will maintain a professional class, and should they feel that a student is obstructing the learning of others, they may be asked to leave. They will therefore not receive certification or refund.
Prior to starting the course, we ask you to send us a copy of your photograph ID. During the week, the instructor will complete a 1 on 1 private conference call with you to confirm your identity and there will be times to answer any personal questions that you do not wish to share with the group. We will remain fully GDRP compliant.
Prior to the course you will be sent an email, from the Instructor, with a link that you click on to ‘attend’ the course.
